Greetings to you all

Join us on Sunday for refreshments, fellowship and welcoming guests via Cafe Liberty from 9:45 until Worship @ 10:15 AM.
With school and sports and other fall commitments ramp up, we know how family schedules are, and we value your time highly here at church.
Our vision for active involvement of every worshiper is a core value of Liberty Church. Through the summer season, we saw faith-in-action in so many ways. This includes the labor of love and generous gifts of leaders and volunteers who take on projects that help others find Christ’s love by connecting here at Liberty Church.
An ethic of serving Jesus to bring glory to His name is strong among us. We’re thankful that guests each Sunday are well-served because of what these generous people do.
Thanks to all of you: in Kids Ministry, Media Team, Security Team, Cafe Liberty and Worship Team and those whose special projects at church are so helpful and timely.

Challenge Farm’s Harvest-time Food Supplies
~ Buy a bag of beans or corn…or both! ~

Mornings in the Challenge Farm kitchen in Kitale Kenya:
Three cooks start at 5:00 AM each day to prepare meals for 194 children.
They cook over wood fires using 55 pounds of beans, 199 pounds of corn and 119 pounds of rice!

In the harvest season, all these supplies must be purchased as the crops are gathered, bagged and sent to market

Help us meet the current need of $9550 for the annual supply of these essentials.

Donate for a bag of corn @ $38 or a bag of beans @ $100 or any multiple of those amounts
in support of Challenge Farm’s inventory for daily food preparation!

For Challenge Farm offerings, use a Liberty Church envelope on the Connections Table – mark CF on “Missions” line and the amount of your gift
Or, designate on any check – for a bag of beans or corn or offerings of any amount for CF.
100% of your designated gifts are applied to the specified project or (if unspecified) to Challenge Farm’s general operating expenses.

A new volunteer care and service opportunity: Carroll Hospital is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join its Volunteer Program. Whether you’re retired, have flexible time, or simply feel called to serve, there are a variety of meaningful opportunities available including greeting visitors, assisting in the gift shops, supporting patients and families, and more.
Flexible shifts and a supportive team make this a rewarding way to give back to your community.

“The LORD loves righteousness and justice;
The earth is full of his unfailing love.
Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the people of the world revere him.
For he spoke and it came to be; he commanded and it stood firm.
The plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations.”
(Psalm 33:5, 8,9, 10 NIV)
