Good morning Liberty family & friends

In an eventful and very enjoyable week just past, we’ve been touched again by God’s goodness and by the care and generosity of those who serve the Lord here.

First, at the top of the joy list this week, is the birth of little Isaac Ryan Eberly. Words fail to describe the magnificent treasure of an infant and the design of God in his personality. Congratulations to Hannah and Ian and Abby and all the loved ones in little Isaac’s world!

Secondly, thanks to each of you who support your church through online offerings via libertychurchlive.com. During May and June together, your online gifts made up more than an average one-week offering, a substantial difference that is very timely. These offerings add support that is vital for every aspect of this church’s calling and challenges.

Although inflation isn’t the only challenge for churches, it is a factor in the way we operate. For example, the renewal quote for church insurance has just arrived with an increase of almost 9%
I share it only to underscore the very real value of all those who support their church in tithes and offerings.

Thirdly, many thanks to each of you who step in to take on a task in and around church. In every way possible, it’s our goal to answer a volunteer’s question “What can I do to help?” with a task that syncs well with his or her schedule as well as their gifts.

Among the ways we see the grace of God in action, these volunteer endeavors that are in the very fabric of small church life are truly priceless.

Join us tomorrow (July 2nd) for Worship @ 10:15 AM and our monthly reception/fellowship following the morning service. We also continue making 1st Sundays a “name-tag Sunday”, so thanks for picking up your tag in the lobby. When you bring a guest with you, pick up a Sharpie and a name-sticker to help us welcome your friends by name as well.

In the busy weeks of summer, with travel and multiple projects going on, we love to know any way we can pray for your family, loved ones and goals. I love getting those texts and emails with prayer needs that go straight into my daily prayer list. And praise reports? Yes…YES. Share it! Love to hear from you.

If you haven’t yet done so, please put our Annual Church Cookout on your August calendar. We’re looking forward to great food, fellowship and lots of outdoor fun on Sunday, August 27th.

See the sign-up list on the Connections Table to bring side dishes and/or desserts to go along with grilled burgers/sausage/hot dogs and fixings, provided here at church.

Thanks to each of you who are regularly in worship via livestream. Here are those links for livestream tomorrow @ 10:15 or at later times as needed, and the audio podcast in Spotify:
